AMGMT by Annastasia Alice Booking Terms & Conditions

1) Bookings & options

  • All enquiries are treated as options until confirmed in writing by AMGMT.

  • A booking is only confirmed once AMGMT confirms by email (and any required paperwork is agreed).

  • Options must be released as soon as you know you won’t proceed, so talent availability can be managed fairly.

2) Rates, agency fee & VAT

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all quoted talent rates are plus 20% agency fee.

  • VAT is charged where applicable.

  • Any negotiated rate, inclusions, and terms (usage, overtime, expenses, exclusivity etc.) must be agreed in writing before the job proceeds.

3) Usage & licensing

  • Usage is only granted for the agreed media, territory and term confirmed in writing.

  • Any additional usage, extensions, paid media, whitelisting, digital ads, OOH, broadcast, buyouts or renewals must be agreed in advance and will incur additional fees.

  • Usage may be withheld or revoked if invoices remain overdue (where legally permissible).

4) Working day, overtime & breaks

  • Unless otherwise agreed, a “working day” and call times are as per the booking confirmation.

  • Overtime is chargeable if the agreed hours are exceeded and is billed in agreed increments (e.g. per hour or per 30 minutes) at a pro-rata rate.

  • Appropriate breaks must be provided in line with the schedule and working conditions.

5) Travel, accommodation & expenses

  • Travel, accommodation, and any out-of-pocket expenses must be approved in advance and are charged at cost (receipts available on request).

  • Where travel is required, clients should provide a workable schedule and cover reasonable travel time/costs as agreed.

6) Cancellations, postponements & weather/force majeure

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation fees may apply. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • 48–24 hours’ notice: 50% of the agreed fee

  • Under 24 hours’ notice / same day / no-show: 100% of the agreed fee

  • Any non-refundable costs already committed (e.g. travel, accommodation, studio/testing/grooming) are payable in full.

If a job is postponed, AMGMT will try to transfer the booking to the new date where possible. Where a transfer isn’t possible, cancellation fees may apply.

Force majeure (events outside reasonable control) will be handled in good faith; any committed third-party costs may still be payable.

7) Conduct, safeguarding & on-set conditions

Clients must provide a professional working environment. AMGMT has a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conditions. Where a booking is ended due to safety concerns, the booking may remain chargeable.

8) Payment terms

  • Invoices are payable within 30 days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payment may result in admin charges and/or interest, and may affect the release of usage where permitted.

9) General

  • These terms apply alongside any job-specific terms agreed in writing for a booking.

  • Governing law: England & Wales.
